You are cordially invited to spend some time with us once again, COOKING and EATING all things PLANTS and some fruit and maybe some mushrooms!  Yep, we are back for our 2nd Annual🍄  Veg In The 'Burg...cooking plant-based 🍄 class.  We're gonna create an appetizer, a main dish, and finish things with a dessert!  AND this year, we're having a Plant-Based Cookoff!!!  Do you think that you can cook?👩🏾‍🍳

Of course, there will be plant-based beverages, some games, a few raffles and we're gonna talk.about.what.we.fuel.our.body.with.to.live.  Maybe even tell you where we get our protein from. 🤣

Make sure to get registered for this class.  This is a hands-on experience and seats are limited.  Please be advised that this is an ADULTS ONLY class due to nature of the environment.  You know knives and stuff.  But if you'd like to get info about how to feed your little humans healthier options, make sure to ask some questions during our Q & A segment.

October is Breast Cancer awareness month.  Research studies have shown that food could make a big difference in everyone's experience with this disease.  We choose this month to have this class to honor those living with the disease, recovering from the disease or that transitioned from the disease.  We will have tables set-up to honor those affected so please bring a picture so we can place on the table.
